Bach realiz\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n bajo la hip\u00f3tesis de que las enfermedades f\u00edsicas est\u00e1n causadas por conflictos emocionales\u00a0 (transitorios) y de car\u00e1cter personal (no transitorios) que son mantenidos en el tiempo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La persistencia del conflicto emocional no resuelto desequilibra el estado de salud del cuerpo y es lo que origina la enfermedad; por lo que la curaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica viene dada por el restablecimiento del equilibrio psico-emocional de la persona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las Flores de Bach son esencias naturales que contienen la energ\u00eda de las flores, plantas y \u00e1rboles en una base agua de agua de manantial y de brandy para su conservaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para sacar la energ\u00eda de las flores y plantas y pasarla al agua con la que se har\u00e1 la tintura madre se utiliza el calor. Hay dos m\u00e9todos para la extracci\u00f3n: el m\u00e9todo de la ebullici\u00f3n y el m\u00e9todo del sol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El m\u00e9todo del sol se utiliza con las flores que florecen en verano y consiste en echar las flores en un recipiente con agua pura y dejarlas al sol durante 3 horas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El m\u00e9todo de la cocci\u00f3n se lleva a cabo con las plantas y \u00e1rboles que en su mayor\u00eda &nbsp;florecen a principios de a\u00f1o. Para extraer su energ\u00eda se dejan hervir las flores, en agua pura, durante media hora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posteriormente el agua obtenida con estos dos m\u00e9todos es mezclada con un 30% de brandy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada flor de Bach se asocia a una emoci\u00f3n o estado an\u00edmico b\u00e1sico, de manera que la toma de la esencia de esa flor nos ayuda a la superaci\u00f3n de esa emoci\u00f3n negativa, ya que nos proporciona una energ\u00eda positiva que contrarresta la energ\u00eda que nos incapacita. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Son un apoyo para cuando tenemos pensamientos o sentimientos que nos desestabilizan, como puede ser el miedo o la tristeza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se puede mezclar la esencia de varias flores para superar una situaci\u00f3n an\u00edmica concreta. La combinaci\u00f3n de flores de Bach m\u00e1s conocida es la Rescue Remedy indicada para tomar en situaciones de emergencia y es la \u00fanica combinaci\u00f3n que se vende ya preparada. Est\u00e1 compuesta por 5 flores de Bach: Ceras\u00edfera, Clematide, Impaciencia, Helientiemo y Estrella de Bel\u00e9n..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Edward Bach descubri\u00f3 y clasific\u00f3 38 flores de bach con sus correspondientes aplicaciones para los conflictos emocionales. Entre otras son muy utilizadas: el Alamo tembl\u00f3n (para el miedo o la ansiedad a lo desconocido). Nogal (para enfrentar los cambios de cualquier \u00edndole). Estrella de Bel\u00e9n (para superar los traumas). Pino (para el sentimiento de culpa y el autorreproche). Brote de casta\u00f1o (para aprender de los errores). Mostaza (para la depresi\u00f3n).
