{"id":447,"date":"2020-12-06T20:14:24","date_gmt":"2020-12-06T20:14:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.apus.uno\/noticias\/?p=447"},"modified":"2020-12-06T20:15:48","modified_gmt":"2020-12-06T20:15:48","slug":"mindfulness","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.apus.uno\/noticias\/2020\/12\/06\/mindfulness\/","title":{"rendered":"Mindfulness la psicolog\u00eda detr\u00e1s de la atenci\u00f3n plena"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Mindfulness se refiere a un estado de atenci\u00f3n plena en el momento presente, sin recordar el pasado ni anticipar el futuro, encontrar un estado de atenci\u00f3n plena, con una aceptaci\u00f3n plena de las circunstancias vitales en las que la persona se encuentra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Mindfulness es el resultado de las nuevas necesidades de la sociedad actual,\u00a0 y consiste en\u00a0 una fusi\u00f3n entre la psicolog\u00eda actual y a las antiguas tradiciones, tales como las orientales, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las \u00e1reas de la sociedad en donde se est\u00e1n empezando a utilizar son la sanitaria, la educaci\u00f3n y el mundo empresarial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta pr\u00e1ctica diaria consiste en ser capaz de observar el cuerpo, los pensamientos y las emociones, sin juzgar lo que sucede ni en nuestro interior ni en nuestro exterior,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se inicia tomando un punto de referencia interno como puede ser la respiraci\u00f3n o el cuerpo, para que cuando aparezcan los pensamientos o emociones por la mente ya sean positivos o negativos, observarlos, pero dejarlos pasar sin que nuestra atenci\u00f3n se centre en ellos, despeg\u00e1ndose de ellos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En las antiguas civilizaciones, al nivel m\u00e1s elevado de esta pr\u00e1ctica lo llamaban \u201cAuto Observaci\u00f3n\u201d y consiste en realizarla durante todo el d\u00eda, de instante en instante, de momento en momento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para realizar esta practica durante todo el d\u00eda, lea el art\u00edculo \u201cAutoobservaci\u00f3n\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Beneficios del Mindfulness<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayuda a mejorar la calidad de vida ya que permite un cambio a nivel personal; adquiriendo una mayor capacidad para gestionar las emociones, para ser conscientes de nuestros pensamientos, sentimientos y de este modo controlarlos, y en definitiva para tomar mejores decisiones vitales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El ser consciente de nuestras emociones va a permitir adquirir el control sobre ellas, lo cual es de especial importancia en las emociones negativas, ya que as\u00ed podremos tomar cierta distancia y no nos dejaremos arrastrar por ellas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A nivel mental nos va a ayudar a enfocar la atenci\u00f3n de entre la multitud de est\u00edmulos externos que la sociedad nos lanza, y de los internos (pensamientos); permite tener una mayor concentraci\u00f3n en las tareas que se est\u00e1n haciendo mejorando el rendimiento en su desempe\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aumenta la conciencia corporal. El llevar la atenci\u00f3n al cuerpo nos permite ser m\u00e1s consciente del mismo y de los s\u00edntomas de enfermedades que puedan aparecer, para su detecci\u00f3n temprana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la medicina tradicional ha comprobado que muchas de las enfermedades tienen un componente emocional. Su uso en enfermedades como la hipertensi\u00f3n, c\u00e1ncer, fibromialgia y dolor cr\u00f3nico, entre otras, se ha comprobado que mejora la salud f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Temas de
