Entre los beneficiarios tienen que estar los herederos forzosos (descendientes, ascendientes o c\u00f3nyuge)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un legado: Se trasmite un bien espec\u00edfico que el testador deja a una o varias personas. Estas personas pueden&nbsp; no ser herederos forzosos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PRIMERA VENTAJA:&nbsp; Pago de deudas del testador.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El heredero tiene responsabilidad a t\u00edtulo universal tanto en los bienes como en las deudas y responde de ellas ilimitadamente, mientras que el legatario no responde de las deudas excepto en casos en que se le atribuya una carga concreta o se distribuya toda la herencia en legados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los herederos, responden de las deudas del patrimonio heredado, incluso con su patrimonio particular, salvo que acepten la herencia a beneficio de inventario, en este caso solo responder\u00edan a esas deudas con el valor de los bienes adquiridos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SEGUNDA VENTAJA: Aceptaci\u00f3n de la herencia.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otra de las ventajas de los legatarios radica en la aceptaci\u00f3n de los bienes, ya que pueden aceptar unos y rechazar otras partes del legado. En caso de renuncia, los bienes pasar\u00e1n a formar parte de la masa hereditaria en su conjunto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el caso de las herencias, los herederos tienen que aceptar o rechazar la herencia en su totalidad. Si renuncian a ella, pasar\u00e1 a los herederos leg\u00edtimos que la han aceptado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un legado puede llevar condiciones y su incumplimiento conllevar\u00eda su nulidad, ejemplo:&nbsp; una persona que lega a una persona su casa para que cuiden el jard\u00edn. \u00abEn este caso no pueden aceptar el legado sin aceptar el compromiso de cuidar el jard\u00edn\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TERCERA VENTAJA: Designaci\u00f3n de beneficiarios.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Espa\u00f1a no hay libertad para testar, ya que el testador tiene que adjudicar obligatoriamente una parte de sus bienes a los herederos forzosos.
